The school lays great emphasis on curricular activities. They form an integral part of the school curriculum. Following are some of the activities that are organised.
Sahityika
The Aim of the club is to develop creative writing on Hindi and English. Original writings are selected and read out by the authors themselves before an authience in the Sahityika assembly.
Science Club
Its object is to popularise and create interest in scientific learning. It also celebrate the science week every year with seminas, quizzes and essay contests etc.
Debate & Declamations
Debate and declamation contest both in English and Hindi are held at regular intervals. The school organises an inter school debate every year.
School Band
The school band has two wings for junior & Senior section. A well qualified band Master looks after the training of the students in band. The school band cater the needs of all school functions and other national festivals.
Tours Treks & Visits
All students from class I to XII go for educational tours throught out the length & breath of India for ten days every year. The School encourages visit to palce of educational, historical & cultural museum the finest in the country to co-relate their academic work with the working models and exhibits.
Festivals
The school celebrate religious festival like Holi, Dussehra, Diwali, Guru Nank Birthday etc and national festivals like independence day & Republic Day. Talks & Discussion by prominent local citizan and by members of the staff are organised on such occasion.
Recreation
The school has its own Audio Visual system. Educational as well as feature films in Hindi & English are screened for all the Students.
School Council
School is founded on the fundamental principles of democracy by including the students in all important decision making body. Students are included in Mess Committee, Games Committees, Menu Committee Film Committeee etc along with teachers who guide them to take proper decision.
